[PC-NCSG] [Urgent] Appointement to working group to develop recommendations on new gTLD auction proceeds

Hi everyone,

we need to close this soon, I would set the deadline to Monday. some PC
members didn't share their input yet . *please do so!*

then we will see who are the top 2 among slates proposed by PC members. the
2 selected representatives will have to commit to do the work in DT ,report
to NCSG updates and request for input.

the list of candidates till now:

2. James Gannon
3. Paul Rosenzweig
4. Arthur Gwawa
5. Stephanie Perrin (withdraw?)
6. Ol?vi? Kouami
7. Sonigitu Ekpe
8. Arsene Tungali (withdraw)

in addition to:

9. Sam Lanfranco who deferred to Klaus Stoll
10. Matthew Shears who deferred to James Gannon



yes we are over the GNSO deadline already.
