[PC-NCSG] Appointement to working group to develop recommendations on new gTLD auction proceeds

Amr, et. al.,

I am conflicted here, facing a wealth of good candidates. For clarity, 
this is for the Charter drafting team (right?) and not the Working Group 
per. se., or am I confused?

If I am not confused there are several of the others I would like to see 
on the WG itself, where all of us will have the opportunity for input, 
and where myself, as a development economist, will have a lot to argue 
for. :-( :-) :-\

In either case,  I will express one preference, and that is for 
Stephanie. I will defer to the judgement of the rest for the full slate.
