[PC-NCSG] NCSG-PC Work for 2015

I recommend we do a full debrief on all the issues behind the PPSAI 
report.  Despite the fact that we have several members on that group, 
and we have always had representation at the meetings, we will need full 
and detailed comments on the draft report.
We would need that call sooner rather than later.
