[PC-NCSG] NCSG-PC Work for 2015

Hi Amr,

we had only 1 call as experiment and with short notice, hard to evaluate in
such case. in fact, I think there were some new members attending the call
 which is encouraging. if we make the call regular and predictable, I would
expect more attendance. anyway, I can work on  preparing for the next ones
e.g. Accountability, PDP for newcomers etc
