[PC-NCSG] [Gnso-ncph-leadership] NCPH v-chair election - just what we all have time for

Hi,

I guess i trust her ability to be neutral.  And while I know that may a
mortal flaw in an NCSG representative, I think she is as trustworthy as
anyone who might be electable from our house.
