[PC-NCSG] Process Question: starting process of appointment to Accountabilit and Governance co-ordination group

Rafik,
It makes no difference to the NPOC folk if the process wants individuals
making nominations, self-nominations or whatever.
We caucus, we discuss, people come forward. By one path of the other
several candidates from the NPOC constituency
will have their names placed in contention, once there is a known
process.
