[PC-NCSG] Fwd: Chair selection results

Dear all,

As we discussed yesterday, at the end of the meeting, Maria is going to leave, the question of elections of new members/seats in NCSG PC was raised. However, the election of the mandates in NCSG PC took place early this year, having the chair and alternate chair taking seats in Februari, I think there is actually no need to redo elections. When the chair is not available, the alternate chair fills in the position and replaces the chair. Perhaps we need to have a look for a new alternate chair to complete the mandate.

I would like we could resolve the issue during this ICANN meeting so there is no confusion on who is doing what and when.
