[PC-NCSG] travel slots for intercessional meeting in DC 12-13 January 2014

I should be able to attend.
Given that would be close to 48 hours worth of travel for 48 hours on the ground, and the jet lag will likely be horrendous, and I've never been to Washington, I might try to add a couple of days to the trip (presumably at my expense).
