In that case, Stephanie, my answer would be no. It doesn?t make the MSM bottom-up process a dead duck, but it does raise a concern regarding organising the GNSO into ?Party Houses?. That model used to structure the GNSO doesn?t make much sense to me, and I fail to see how it is a productive practice. Others who have been around longer may have a more in-depth understanding than I do on why this was done. I?m not well educated on the matter.
