i tend to think of the NCSG doing things not the constituencies.  this
is an NCSG task.

I spoke to most of the council members in London about this, including
with you, and only one was against the idea so proceeded to explore the
idea with him.

If you are saying that NPOC is going to block someone as qualified as
Markus let's hear it and get on with it.
