[PC-NCSG] NCPH Election to the Board.

I strongly support the nomination of Markus.

I have felt strongly that since the rejection of Sam by the CSG, that our best strategy was to seek a candidate who represented a strong consensus - not just proposed by one and accepted by the other, but with strong active support within both houses. I believe Markus has that support - and his great understanding of Internet governance and support for multistakeholderism is exactly what I think we need on the board right now.

I understand that he may not have 100% support right now, and we should certainly have some discussion to see if any concerns about his candidacy can be addressed - but I think he is a great candidate.
