[PC-NCSG] [urgent] PC chair election

All,

I will support Amr's self-nomination for the position of Chair of the PC 
for the next year.
I am willing to assist Amr if he wishes to call on me for certain tasks.
I am swamped with Internet ecosystem work at the moment, both within the 
ICANN orbit and beyond.
