[PC-NCSG] proxy voting. Re: [] ICANN Board Election ...

Hi guys,

I think there's no rule against proxy voting per se, but the issue is that
the practicalities of the election are that it's only done by email, and
the email ballots go to the named person.

Maybe it's one for the SCI to look at?

i.e. figuring out a documented procedure for how people vote if they're not
going to receive an email ballot in the time an election is on.
