[PC-NCSG] ICANN #48 Meetings Plan - NCSG with ATRT in Buenos Aires?

Hi,

We already have a scheduled meeting with ATRT meeting early morning on
Tuesday 19 before our internal NPOC session. Agree with Bill about using
NCSG time to discuss Council policy issues.
