[PC-NCSG] Need a proxy/alternate for 16 May Council Meeting

Wolfgang,

Are you able to take David's proxy for Thursday's GNSO Council Meeting?

Joy has taken Wendy's proxy.
Maria has taken Magaly's proxy.
That leaves only Wolfgang to take David's proxy.

(Only a GNSO Councilor can hold another's proxy).
