[PC-NCSG] Letter to Board re NPOC seat on Nomcom

I support avri's letter, too. I think it would be a mistake to tie in the academic seat - background too murky, will cause delay in this letter & open up opportunity to board to obfuscate by saying it 's too difficult or complicated, or external parties should be drawn in, etc etc.
