[PC-NCSG] NCSG letter to board RE: NomCom seat allocation to NPOC

Hello Robin and Colleagues,
Good day, this is a position, I highly welcome and concur, its relevance
cannot be understated in the new era of ICANN today, so am certain with
your proposal the board will see reason and approve it.
