[PC-NCSG] NCSG letter to board RE: NomCom seat allocation to NPOC

Dear NCSG Policy Committee:

Since the NCSG is woefully under-represented on the ICANN Nominating Committee, and the "academic" non-commercial seat was another one of ICANN's empty promises, we should send a letter to the ICANN Board of Directors requesting ICANN change its bylaws so that the NCSG is represented equally to the CSG in this important Nominating Committee.  We should request and the Board should agree, at the very least, to provide NPOC with a seat on NomCom since it is a full-fledged NCSG constituency.  Thoughts to this proposal?
