[PC-NCSG] final deadline for NCSG endorsement to ATRT2?

Dear Jonathan,

I am writing to inquire as to the deadline by which you need the name  
of the person endorsed by NCSG to participate in the ATRT2.  We have  
several excellent candidates and so were planning to hold a candidacy  
call (or email interview) before making NCSG's final determination  
for endorsement.  Thank you for any further info you can provide on  
this.
