[PC-NCSG] Privacy and proxy accreditation working group

Hi Rudi,

Thanks for the update. maybe there is some confusion, GNSO WG are open to
everybody and we don't delegate members there per . We encourage members to
volunteer and participate. We are only trying to coordinate and ensure that
we have members covering WGs as much as possible.
