Having seen nothing but positive comments and had at least one from each constituency, 
I will send the following out in 24 hours (after 1600 UTC 28 aug)

The NCSG community has reviewed and the NCSG Policy Committee endorses the comments submitted by the NCSG Policy group and consigned by it members.
