[PC-NCSG] BC position re nomination

Thank you, Marilyn.  Interesting theory about questioning the  
legitimacy of the election of Thomas.  Too bad it was not mentioned  
to us before now, as we could have discussed it in our call Tuesday  
re: the nominations.  I'd be surprised if the General Counsel finds  
it problematic.  Anyway, we look forward to your findings and thanks  
again.
