[PC-NCSG] Fwd: [] For your review - updated charter

Hi,

Notice Jeff's comment at the end:

"
[NOTE: I WOULD ADD THE OPPOSITE. SHOULD THE PDP WG REACH CONSENSUS ON A RECOMMENDATION THAT THICK WHOIS SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED FOR ALL GTLDS, THEN THE WG NEEDS TO LOOK AT THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE THAT OPERATE A THICK REGISTRY CHOOSING TO GO THIN AND GETTING RID OF THEIR EXISTING REQUIREMENTS TO BE THICK]
"

Perhaps we have an ally in unwinding the Board's command that Thick WHOIS be imposed on all new gTLDs.
