Robin,
Many thanks to you and everyone who participated in drafting this excellent
response. I would only suggest the following tweak:
Given the [imbalance] of interests at that meeting, a staff decision
to instruct the GNSO to re-work policy in favor of the IPC-BC?s proposals
would not withstand public scrutiny as it obviously prejudices [impacted
stakeholders] who could not participate in that discussion.
