[PC-NCSG] NTAG letter on re-opening gnso-agreed policies

Dear NCSG-PC:

We need to formulate a response to the IPC/BC 8-point demand letter  
to re-open GNSO-agreed policies and we don't have much time to do it.

Attached is the response from NTAG on the issue.

Please let me know your thoughts.   This morning's anticipated call  
didn't get scheduled by ICANN but let's try again for Monday morning  
at 8am PST.
