[PC-NCSG] Fwd: URGENT: Proxy or alternate for GNSO Council meeting 12 April at 11:00 UTC

Is there a GNSO Councilor who can serve as Wolfgang's proxy tomorrow during the mtg?  Has this replacement been worked out yet?   I need to send in the form authorizing the proxy asap.
