[NCSG-FC] FC call agenda

For tomorrow's meeting, I am suggesting to have kind of kick off and the
call won't take too long. Maybe an introduction and then next steps such
how to work, first activities etc.
@Remmy Nweke <remmyn at gmail.com> as FC chair anything you want propose for
the agenda.
