[NCSG-FC] Malisa Richards Interest in NCSG Finance Committee

Hi all,

Please note that section 2.6.1 of the NCSG Charter states:

NCSG‑FC Composition.

The NCSG Finance Committee (FC) shall be comprised of one representative from each Recognized Constituency. Each Candidate Constituency is entitled to appoint an observer. The NCSG Chair will participate as an ex‑officio member of the NCSG‑FC and will be included in consensus process and votes.

It is the decision of the NCUC and NPOC to determine who will be their one observer, and, as such, the decision to appoint someone as an observer is a decision outside of our remit.
