Dear all,

Please find below the announcement that the NCUC Chair has shared on the NCUC mailing list today. As I am an NCUC appointee, and I will soon no longer be an NCUC member (effective 30 July), it is appropriate now that a call be issued for my replacement.

In the interim, I have asked Sam if he would be prepared to serve as interim chair of the Finance Committee from 1 August 2019. He has graciously accepted.

We can discuss further tomorrow.
