Thanks Raphael,

I have received a few responses off-list, so it is looking like the best time for this call is this Thursday, 4th at 1500 UTC. I understand you will not be able to make this call, but we will not be making any decisions on this particular call, aside from possibly escalating documents to the Policy Committee or Executive Committee for their review. Unfortunately we have to move rather urgently as the Financial Assumptions comment will be closing soon.
