[NCSG-FC] URGENT: FC Meeting at ICANN63

Hi Maryam,

I do not think it would be idea to hold this meeting because the
Operational Procedure exercise is very extensive needing onsite moderation
and since non of the FC members, I think, will be attending, maybe this can
be parked for the next meeting, ICANN 64 or other future ICANN meetings
when opportunity permits, thanks.
