Hi Farzaneh

Much appreciated.

Please note that the chair of

NCSG
doesn't make decis

her

own. We have an ec that has to approve th
e operating procedures
.
EC has reps from constituencies.

I am not opposed to the procedures. I don't agree with some parts of it.
As an fc member I will make comments and contribution
.

on the mailing list I made observations as an FC member.

Please note that the charter says:

*2.6.6. NCSG-‐FC Observers*

• Any observer to the NCSG-‐FC will have full participation rights
except will not be counted in any consensus process or vote.

• Elected or appointed representative from NCSG Candidate
Constituencies will be given observer status.

I think the chairs of both constituencies are observers (it's not
according to the charter that they automatically become observers but they
attended our call and I don't have a problem if they remain observers) .
Observers have all the rights to comment and participate, talk about the
agenda etc. they just dont get to vote or be counted in consensus. So if
the chairs have any comments, feel free to make.

FC can also invite others to be members of this group. I encourage that, we
can do things more easily. Some members with finance/fundraising
knowledge would help out tremendously.

I will suggest a way forward

soon to the FC.

Best

Farzaneh
