How is this a second draft? You kept most of the issues that we flagged
unresolved and kept your original language. Even the ones which Thato
agreed with me and had suggested alternatives.

You should either as the penholder suggest a compromise, or flag all these
issues before we discuss with the members.

Also, at this stage, I think we need to have a meeting with those who
drafted the NCSG charter to discuss and clarify the points we have doubts
about.

Moreover,  we need to discuss inviting two more members to join the FC.
