Dear Remmy,
I have to say I don't agree with your guidelines. I think it should be
shared. I always share my first drafts within a very short period of time
with the members.
But that said, I didn't share the direct link to the document on the list.
They must have gotten to the link because I shared all the committees'
archives on the list (FC, PC and EC) under my email called holding us
accountable, nothing mentions operating procedures specifically as long as
I remember. I didn't invite anyone to comment directly on the document.
If you want as the penholder can remind the list to hold off commenting
until Friday. Which I really don't agree with, but strongly suggest not to
reject any comments that have been made so far.
