[NCSG-FC] Action items/notes

Hi all,

In response to Farzaneh's input, I just wanted to make sure we are clear on
the way forward regarding the bank account, namely:
- Agreeing with Farzaneh that funds will be sent to the NCUC account but
also noting that the FC will explore ways to establish an account in the
interim which might be finalised late 2019 or early 2020, thereafter the
funds may be allocated to the new account once NCSG incorporation process
has been completed, no timeline has been set yet because ICANN legal still
needs to be engaged on the subject matter of incorporation and opening a
bank account, thanks.
