Action items/notes:

Chair for FC and treasurer appointed - Thato Mfikwe



FC Operating procedure for distribution of funds - Remmy agreed to start a google doc



NCSG Bank account 2019 - decision to be made

 - Incorporating takes a long time and might not be a great idea because of all the legalities involved.



FC to talk to ICANN budget - meeting to be arranged in the near future



NCUC and NPOC to send operating procedures for travel support to Remmy as a staring point



Farzaneh to send NCSG Operating  procedures for travel to Remmy



Remmy proposed a broad Finance committee meeting around every ICANN meeting to keep the community abreast



Thato, suggested that a lot of communication should be in the mailing list



Agenda to be prepared before every meeting
