[FC-NCSG] New FC, new list

Dear FC,

I'm slowly moving NCSG mailing lists to NCSG's own list server,
lists.ncsg.is, and as FC composition has changed (James replace by Ed),
this is a good time to do it for FC list.

The new list has already been created, I'll subscribe new FC members
there and continue FC business there:
