[NCSG-FC] fw: Additional Observers

Correction.
  
 Candidate constituencies are entitled to appoint or elect an Observer to the FC, not a member. If authorised by this Committee that is what the enquiry to the candidate Consumer constituency will entail.

 Hello,
    
    
   NCSG Chair Tarvainen has informed me that the Consumers Constituency is still an active candidate constituency within the NCSG. As such, per §2.6.6 of the NCSG I am required to offer the candidate constituency the opportunity to appoint or elect a member of the Finance Committee.
    
   Unless there is an objection within 48 hours of the time of this post I will do so.
