[NCSG-FC] Observers II

Per the NCSG Charter:

  The NCSG Charter §2.6.6 reads:

 ---

 - Any observer to the NCSG-FC will have full participation rights except will not be counted in any consensus process or vote.

 - Elected or appointed representative from NCSG Candidate Constituencies will be given observer status.

 ---

 A question for Tapani: Does the NCSG have any  Candidate Constituencies? ( Does the consumer constituency proposal current meet this definition?) 

 If so, I will reach out to them to see if they would like to elect or appoint someone as an Observer to the FC.
