[NCSG-FC] Action items, Chair election

Tapani,

I would rather support Ed as Chair. I am still carrying forward some of 
the burdensome business I had to deal with last year and
I would rather be someone on the FC team who gets assigned to tasks to 
be done,
and not be the one who has to keep track of what needs to be done and 
assigns tasks.
