[NCSG-FC] Action items, Chair election

Dear FC members,

FC composition has changed (NCUC's representative is now Edward Morris)
and new year has started, so it is a good time to review and rethink
what FC should be doing this year.

As the first action item we should elect Chair for the FC.
It would perhaps be best to do that first and the let the
FC Chair take over.

Who would like to volunteer as the Chair?
(I'm not eligible, even though I have a vote.)
