[NCSG-FC] F2F in Copenhagen II

 I also note the FC meeting is scheduled against the NCSG meeting with the 
Board.
  
 As NCSG Chair, Tapani is one of three voting members of the Finance 
Committee. As NCSG Chair, Tapani should be at the NCSG meeting with the 
Board.
  
 I hope we can solve this problem.
