[NCSG-FC] Agenda

Hi everybody,

it would really nice to set up a major todo list for each year. So we, and
future FCs know what should be done, and who is responsible.
Maybe we can set up some kind of "database" to keep track of everything
that needs attention.
I don't know, if we should discuss this F2F, because we can also arrange
this online.
