[NCSG-EC] [NCSG-PC] NCPH Day 0 tentative agenda

Thanks all, I shared our initial comments with CSG and I will let you know
about the outcomes.
The next step will be to work on the agenda for the other NCSG meetings. I
will share more details in the coming days.
