[NCSG-EC] [NCSG-PC] NCPH Day 0 tentative agenda

When I first looked at it as one chunk, it seemed to be unneccessarily
packed with Artificial Intelligence. But looking at it again and after
speaking with you, it seems balanced since the  NCPH Board Presentation
session is based on the morning and post-lunch sessions.
It therefore looks okay to me.
