[NCSG-EC] Doodle-Please complete April NCSG EC Meeting

Hello all,

Please complete the Doodle ASAP for scheduling the April NCSG EC meeting. Dates begin 01 April and go to the following week. If we need to go later in April, I found that the times I placed on the Doodle seem to be generally friendly times for all. Let me know if there are times that should be added.

We need to schedule our next EC call.  We couldn't fix a timeslot/date last time and we should try to find one on a monthly basis.
