I went to the current applications, and it does seem that most have been able to respond to them. If all NCSG EC members could please review the applications here: https://members.ncsg.is/ we may be able to make some progress before a meeting is scheduled.

It seems we have inconciliable availability : either some can make it
at 12:30 UTC and others at 11:30 UTC.
We need our first call to kickstart some discussion on some topics
such as status of NCSG fellowship, which is urgent, membership review
etc.




One workaround is to have separate calls on those times but the
challenge is we cannot make decisions like this. Is there any way to
meet in the middle such as doing rotation between those 2 slots and
all of us making efforts to join?
We can try to conduct discussions on the mailing list only but it will
take time too in particular for membership applications.
I will prepare the list of topics to share soon here and start the
discussion in the meantime.
