[NCSG-EC] DOODLE-Please respond

Hello all,

The Doodle was not successful in finding a good time for the NCSG EC meeting. I have added more times to see if we can get something scheduled.

Remember, this will be the time Wednesday, 07 January and going forward on the Mondays after the NCSG PC meeting each month.

Please complete the Doodle below ASAP. As Rafik stated I will schedule a call for Wednesday, 07 January (at the time selected on the Doodle). Going forward, the NCSG EC meeting will be held on the Monday after the NCSG PC meeting each month (at the time selected on the Doodle).

Subject: [Ext] Welcome to new NCUC representatives to EC

Hi all,

I would like to welcome the new NCUC representatives to NCSG EC replacing Amin and Pedro who I want to thank for their service in EC. I wish them good luck and hope they continue engagement to support some of EC initiatives.

With this, the NCSG EC is fully seated and can have its first call. I suggest we have it on Wednesday 7th Jan then on monday in different day than NCSG policy call. We need to confirm for time as I know that Tomslin might not be able to make it at usual EC call time of 15:00 UTC.
@Andrea Glandon<mailto:andrea.glandon at icann.org>  can you please share doodle poll to check about timezones where we can have everyone.
