[NCSG-EC] [NCSG-PC] Joint sessions agenda

Hi all,

As update we won't have meeting with ALAC this time as they prioritized
other sessions even if we made request since Dublin meeting

- SSAC: SSAC DNS abuse, AI work party/upcoming reports, last SSAC paper on
open source, follow-up on previous items
- CPH: DNS abuse PDP, representation parity
- CSG: discussion on board seat 14 updates, DNS abuse PDP , representation
parity

@Michaela Nakayama Shapiro <michaela.shapiro at article19.org> about work
party, my understanding is they are how SSAC organize its works on topic
and drafting papers by  SSAC members.

Any other suggestion? 3 topics by session is good number.
