I am sharing here a draft agenda for our incoming EC call. As it will be
the first call for the new seated EC and after some time, it will be about
introduction and reviewing some items from the previous EC to help you to
catch-up:

1- Introduction
- by NCSG chair and introductions from EC members
2- Actions items review
- Operating procedures review and election procedures
- Decision on NCSG Policy fellow
3- Membership applications review
- new applicants
- pending applicants.
4- AOB
- Travel slot replacement for ICAN86
- ICANN85
- NCSG mailing list migration
